AVALON MIDTOWN

Vastland's CEO Mack H. McClung, is an extraordinary visionary who is developing Avalon Midtown, a 25-story mixed use high-rise.

The building will be accessible off of West End, 18th Avenue and Hayes Street. 

Avalon Midtown will contain 308 units of apartment and hotel space spread over 15 floors. The  rooftop will feature a resort-like pool and amenity space. The residential and hotel will be housed within 340,000 SF. Another  56,000 SF will be allocated for office space on two floors, with floor--ceiling glass with multiple exterior amenity spaces.

There will be 12,000 SF of retail on the ground level and 259,000 SF of parking for 705 parking spaces.  

Avalon Midtown will have a towering presence in midtown Nashville.
