Studio 154 Grand Opening

Studio 154, a luxury boutique hotel in downtown Nashville, was built in 2019. The original structure built in the early 1900s, has brought together friends, families, and corporate business men and women from around the world with high-class amenities and top-of-the-line suites. 

Unfortunately, Studio 154 suffered a significant amount of damage from the Nashville bombing that devestated the city in 2020. We’ve worked diligently to build back our walls and bring the city of Nashville back to life, one hotel at a time. Now, open to the public, Studio 154 is ready to open our doors and start booking up our suites.

There are many amenities within Studio 154. Situated on 15,000 square feet, this boutique hotel offers 16 luxury suites ranging from 400 to nearly 2,000 square feet and several two-story loft units. Each suite includes central heating and cooling, housekeeping services, 4K televisions, luxury linen, and superior mattresses—sure to bring you comfort throughout your stay. Our 10-foot tall arched windows and 22-foot high ceilings, paired with exposed original brick and art create a warm contemporary feeling throughout the entire space. The Skydeck

We’ve taken the classic rooftop experience of Nashville to a whole new level. This private rooftop deck overlooks Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium, and Riverfront Park—bringing 360 degree views from every angle. You can grab a quick drink with friends before hitting the town or reserve the Studio 154 Skydeck for a private event.

Our grand reopening of Studio 154 signifies a positive movement for the city of Nashville after the detrimental events that led up to this moment.
